This Privacy Policy applies to our online activities: our website, theAdMakeAI app, our API, and the AdMakeAI connector for AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Codex. It is not applicable to any information collected offline.

When you register for an Account, we may ask for your contact information, including items such as name, company name, address, email address, and telephone number.

AdMakeAI follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this and a part of hosting services' analytics. The information collected by log files include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users' movement on the website, and gathering demographic information.
Like any other website, AdMakeAI uses 'cookies'. These cookies are used to store information including visitors' preferences, and the pages on the website that the visitor accessed or visited. The information is used to optimize the users' experience by customizing our web page content based on visitors' browser type and/or other information.

Google is one of a third-party vendor on our site. Third-party ad servers or ad networks uses technologies like cookies, JavaScript, or Web Beacons that are used in their respective advertisements and links that appear on AdMakeAI, which are sent directly to users' browser. They automatically receive your IP address when this occurs. These technologies are used to measure the effectiveness of their advertising campaigns and/or to personalize the advertising content that you see on websites that you visit.
Note that AdMakeAI has no access to or control over these cookies that are used by third-party advertisers.

The right to access: You have the right to request copies of your personal data. We may charge you a small fee for this service.

You can connect an AI assistant to your AdMakeAI account through OAuth. We never see your password for that assistant. We only receive what the assistant sends to our tools when you ask it to act: prompts and instructions, images or image URLs, brand project details, and the IDs of items you ask about. We do not receive the rest of your conversation.
We use this data only to carry out the request and run your account, for example to generate an ad, write ad copy, look up an advertiser's public ads, deduct credits, or show your history. Generated ads, uploads, and projects are saved to your account just as they are when you use the website. Files are served from unguessable links, and anyone who has a link can open that file.
For each connection we store a hashed access token (valid for one hour), a hashed refresh token (valid for 90 days), the granted permissions, and when the connection was last used. You can disconnect an assistant at any time under Dashboard → Integrations → API. Disconnecting revokes its tokens immediately.
If you connect a Meta ad account, we store its account, Page, campaign, and ad set IDs and names, the ads you upload through AdMakeAI, and performance metrics for those ads. Your Meta access tokens are held by our Meta integration provider, not by us.
To do this work we share the necessary data with service providers: AI image, video, and language model providers (including fal.ai, Runware, RunPod, and OpenRouter), Cloudflare for storage, Meta Ad Library data providers for advertiser research, Zernio for Meta ad uploads and reporting, Stripe for payments, Resend for email, and Sentry for error monitoring. They may process data in the United States and other countries. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your content to train our own models.
We keep your content while your account is active. You can delete ads, uploads, and projects in the AdMakeAI app. The connector cannot delete anything. To delete your account and its content, email [email protected] and we will respond within one month. Copies may remain in backups until those backups are deleted.
Another part of our priority is adding protection for children while using the internet. We encourage parents and guardians to observe, participate in, and/or monitor and guide their online activity.
AdMakeAI does not knowingly collect any Personal Identifiable Information from children under the age of 13. If you think that your child provided this kind of information on our website, we strongly encourage you to contact us immediately and we will do our best efforts to promptly remove such information from our records.
